What is for sale?
Always: Prints of my art (both original and fanart). Usually all I have to offer is neatly put in a folder available for your browsing so make sure to check it out as not everything is on display.
In 2024 I started selling acrylic keychains and stickers of the matching design. This was met with positive feedback so I will continue to expand into more designs and options.Sometimes: Polymer clay creations, Bandanas, Collars, Ears and Tails, Sketch commissions
These are things that arent guaranteed to make an appearance at every convention, but instead depend on the convention I am vending at, the amount of prep time i have before the convention and generally if I have inspiration to make such items at that time.Auctions: One of a kind watercolor works of art, limited edition prints, sculptures and plushies.With every convention I add new items and designs to sell, so visiting my table always has nice new items waiting for you!

Terms of service
1. General terms
a) The client agrees to the terms of service by sending a payment. By accepting the payment both parties follow the ToS.
b) Sinyabun reserves the right to make changes on the ToS without a public notice. The client takes responsibility to make sure they have read and informed themselves with the most recent version.
c) Prices are subject to change based on increased demand.2. Payment
a) Currency listed and accepted is Euro and payments go through PayPal or Sumup. The artist also accepts Danish krona with an additional option for payment via Mobilepay.
b) Commissions are to be paid fully upfront, work will not begin until payment has been confirmed on the artist`s side.
c) On commissions over 300€ a payment in installments can be agreed upon.
d) Clients reserve the right for a full refund in the case of:
- the artist unable to continue the commission for personal reasons
-the client cancelling before the commission has been started
e) Refund is not possible after the work has been started.
f) The artists reserves the right to cancel the commission at any given time for any given reason. (Inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, etc.)3. Process and delivery
a) The client will be notified when the commission is accepted and payment has been confirmed. At this point the client forfeits the ability to get a refund as per section 2.e)
b) The client will get regular updates during the whole process of the work (including sketches, corrections, linework, coloring and finalization)
c) Updates will be in a smaller quality file than the final piece and will be watermarked for the safety of the artist. The client is not allowed to reupload or post the WIP media anywhere at anytime.
d) The client will be updated if for any reason the artist has to slow down progress.
e) Once the piece is finished, the client will receive it in full resolution format and the piece will be signed. The signature is usually done in a tasteful way that fits the art and its not to be removed.4. Revisions
a) The client receives the right for 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece.
b) Any additional revisions will come with an extra cost. Cost is determined by the complexity of the change and is based on the artists hourly rate.5. Copyright and Usage Policy
a) Unless there has been a prior agreement, Sinyabun claims the rights to the produced artwork, and not the buyer. The artist is allowed but not limited to:
-Post the artwork on social medias
-Use the artwork as an example for future commissions
-Use sketches and finished artwork for the production of merchandise
b) The client can negotiate a deal during the production of the artwork to prevent the artist from posting the artwork for an additional fee of 100€
The client can choose to state that they do not wish for the artwork to be recreated or sold in any way free of charge.
The above 5.b) rights do not apply if the artwork has been created for free (raffles, giveaways and gifts)
c) The client is allowed to:
-Use the artwork for personal use. This includes the rights to post it on social media. Proper credit is required for reposts.
-Print the artwork and claim the characters as their own, but not the artwork itself.
d) The following is considered copyright infringement:
-The reproduction of the copyrighted work, Making any material including the artwork that makes the client profit in any way is strongly prohibited.
-Claiming the artwork as their own.
-Removing the artist signature from the piece.
-Altering the artwork without artist consent.
-Using AI on the artwork in any way (ex. editing, teaching a model)
e) If the client requests a Paypal chargeback at any point without given written permission from the artist, the client forfeits all rights on the artwork. The client will also be blacklisted from the client list.6. Deadlines
a) The deadline is based on case to case basis but usually within the time frame of 1-3 months.
b) As per point 3.d) the client will be informed about any further extensions on the deadline.7. AI and NFT
a) Under no circumstances, commercial or otherwise, shall art produced by Sinyabun be minted as NFTs or used in any project related to NFTs.
b) Under no circumstances, commercial or otherwise, shall art produced by Sinyabun be used for AI training or prompting purposes.
